Yes. Most international shipments require a Commercial Invoice and Packing List. Certain products, such as batteries, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals, may also require an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet).

The Reason for Export indicates the purpose of the shipment, such as Personal Use, Gift, Sample, Commercial Shipment, Document, Return/Repair, or Temporary Export. It should accurately reflect the purpose of the shipment.
UKURIR recommends using sturdy cardboard boxes with securely packed contents, strong sealing tape, a maximum weight of 30 kg, and maximum dimensions of 100 × 70 × 70 cm, depending on the selected service.
The following packaging materials are generally not accepted:
• Sacks or woven bags
• Plastic wrapping as the outer packaging
• Bubble wrap as the outer layer
• Black stretch film
• Styrofoam as the primary packaging
• "Fragile" printed tape
Volumetric weight is calculated using the following formula:
Length × Width × Height ÷ 5000
If the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight, the volumetric weight will be used for billing.

Yes. Many types of dry food products can be shipped internationally. However, certain countries may require ingredient labels, expiration dates, and additional documentation.
Yes. Cosmetics can usually be shipped, although some destinations may require product composition details or an MSDS.

Accurate product descriptions help customs authorities process shipments efficiently. Avoid using generic descriptions such as "Gift," "Sample," or "Accessories."
Declaring the correct value helps reduce customs clearance issues and ensures compliance with import regulations.
Customs authorities may inspect shipments containing food, cosmetics, batteries, liquids, branded products, or items requiring additional documentation.
Damage claims must be submitted within 2 × 24 hours after delivery, together with supporting documents, photos of the package before and after opening, and proof of purchase.
Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the expected delivery date.
Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, peak shipping seasons, airline schedules, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond UKURIR's control.
Shipments may be rejected if they contain prohibited or dangerous goods, fail to meet packaging standards, or do not comply with the regulations of the destination country.
Prohibited items generally include narcotics, firearms, explosives, flammable materials, protected wildlife products, counterfeit goods, alcohol, tobacco products, vape products, frozen food, and other items restricted by international shipping regulations.
